Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Slovenia, IOM covers different areas of intervention, such as refugee resettlement and relocation, assisted voluntary return and reintegration, and family reunification.

Call for participants - IOM Summer School on Migration Studies 2019
The eleventh IOM Summer school on migration studies will be held in Prague, Charles University, from August 26th to 31st 2019.
The program is open for university students (both graduate and undergraduate) as well as young professionals.
Six days of lectures, workshops and discussions with experts will be unique opportunity to get familiar with different migration topics: migration and development, integration of migrants, trafficking in human beings, environmental migration, migration and gender and others.
IOM Prague has implemented the Summer School every year since 2009. It was attended by more than 500 students and professionals from 60 countries.
In 2019 the program includes following topics and experts:
